Under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, we give the following information about the items sold in the mobile game Emaki Gallop (疾風絵巻) (the "Game").

2Items and prices
- Koban packs: "koban", the coins used in the Game (to buy items and to take riders in)
- The Merchant for 3 days: for 3 days from purchase you can ride the Merchant, and koban you pick up are tripled
Prices (including tax) are shown on the Game’s purchase screen. Outside Japan, they are shown in the local currency set by each store. The items, the number of koban included and the prices may change.
Koban obtained by purchase are a prepaid payment instrument (for the issuer’s own business) under Japan’s Payment Services Act. The information required by that Act is in the Terms of Use, under "Koban and paid items".
3Other costs
You pay the data charges for using the Game and making purchases. We charge nothing else.
4Payment method and timing
Purchases are made through in-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive payments directly; each store processes them.
- Payment method: the payment method registered with your store
- Timing: when the purchase is completed in the store. When you are actually charged depends on the store
5Delivery
Immediately after the purchase is completed. If delivery is delayed, for example by the connection, it is applied the next time you open the Game.
6Returns and cancellations
Items are digital content, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once they have been delivered. Refunds follow the rules of the App Store or Google Play; please ask your store.
7Requirements
iOS / iPadOS and Android phones and tablets. See each store’s listing for the supported versions.
8Other conditions
- Items are consumable and cannot be restored
- Purchased koban do not expire
- Koban can be used only in the Game. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to anyone else or reissued
- If you delete your account, all unused koban, including purchased ones, are lost. They are not refunded
- If you are a minor, please get a parent’s or guardian’s consent before buying
